Sarah Bushnell practices in the areas of commercial, employment, and professional malpractice litigation. She has represented clients from various states and abroad. Sarah is a 2002 graduate of Harvard Law School, where she was a research assistant to Professor Dan Meltzer – engaged in editing the Richard H. Fallon, Jr., Daniel J. Meltzer & David L. Shapiro, Hart and Wechsler’s the Federal Courts and the Federal System textbook – and a teaching assistant to Professor David L. Shapiro (Civil Procedure). Sarah was also the Training Director for the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. Sarah lives with her husband and three children in Blaine, Minnesota.
