Tracey L. Baubie focuses her practice on civil business litigation matters, including contract, class action and shareholder disputes. She has successfully litigated a variety of cases through trial and/or arbitration in Minnesota and elsewhere. Tracey has also served as special legal counsel under the Minnesota Business Corporations Act.
