Biographies of the members of the firm are attached. Actual trial work is principally done by the firm’s partners, Barbara Berens, Timothy D. Kelly, Paul R. Hannah, Tracey L. Baubie, Sarah Bushnell and Justi Rae Miller. Other attorneys assist with pretrial work and assigned tasks, aided by our support staff. 

 

The senior members of the firm have an aggregate of well over 100 years of litigation experience. A partial list of reported cases in which the partners represented a party is attached. Trial court decisions generally are not reported, but we believe that this firm brings as many cases to trial each year as any similarly situated firm in the Twin Cities.
