Ms. Albert focuses her practice on complex commercial and corporate disputes. She has represented clients in matters concerning breach of contract and fiduciary duties, employment, securities, residential and commercial construction defects, pharmaceutical products liability and intellectual property. She represents clients in both state and federal court.
Before attending law school, Ms. Albert worked as an education consultant in the technology industry. She has also served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, where she investigated allegations of child abuse and neglect, reporting on the best interests of children to the Juvenile Court in Davidson County, Tennessee.
