Jennifer Wilson has practiced in the area of business litigation for eight years, representing a wide variety of businesses in state and federal court. She typically assists clients on contractual disputes involving goods and services, insurance, employers/employees, commissions, shareholder rights, and financing and security interests. Jennifer is quite familiar with the court system from this work and her three year clerkship for Federal Magistrate Franklin L. Noel in Minneapolis. Jennifer is active in community services to the indigent and, in 2004, she won a pro bono award for that work. Jennifer graduated from the University of Minnesota law school in 1997. While there, she was on the law review and earned honors for legal writing. Prior to attending law school, she worked in education and publishing. Education:
